One of the cornerstones in our  business is our dedicated experts that develop solutions with our functional and nutritional whey proteins, milk minerals, lactose and permeate.

You test the products of tomorrow

As our new Application Technician you will be the prime mover for completing pilot scale test of Arla’s Fresh Dairy Product category. This means that you will associate with internal as well as external stakeholders and customers and in this way ensure that our knowledge sharing is built-up. To be specific, you will:

• Plan and execute tests of yoghurt products, including weighing, heat treatment etc.
• Document your test results and ensure knowledge sharing
• Test new functional ingredients within your category
• Test and implement products and processes
• Make sure the equipment and machinery is maintained and is in perfect order
• Order ingredients and manage storage

The position entails a wide contact surface both internally in the department and at the operation sites as well as with external customers. As such, you will have widespread contacts with people from differing cultural and professional backgrounds. You will be part of an innovative and creative environment in which you will get the opportunity to handle many different development tasks.

You know the dairy technological processes by heart

Either you have a background as Dairy Technician or Dairy Operator and have spent at least a couple of years within the food industry, preferably with focus on the yoghurt category. This means that you have solid knowledge of dairy technological processes. You are meticulous and take responsibility, and you know that your tests will form part of the products that we will present for the consumers all over the world in the years to come.

You thrive in a setting with many concurrent tasks, and you manage to cross the finish line in time, even when deadlines are closing in. You are analytical and never compromise on quality in your work. In other words, you will contribute to delivering the simple, natural, wholesome and nutritious food that makes consumers all over the world feel good.
