Job Description

Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for an Analytics & Insights Lead to join a newly established team, focusing on defining, measuring and improving Customer Experience. This vital role will comprise of taking the lead in establishing analytics and insights in relation to customer experience, customer interactions, channels, operational performance and data quality. These insights should enable Danfoss to understand the many journeys customers take, their behaviors, as well as their current and future needs. In addition, the measurement of business processes linked to these customer journeys will allow Danfoss to monitor, identify and improve operational performance necessary to improve our Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) score.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position you must hold a track-record working within an Analytics and Insights capability combining business and consulting expertise, preferably in the CX/Digital domain. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to define, design, deliver, manage and lead in a forward-thinking global organization, in order to deliver best in class analytic solutions that support, measure and improve customer experience.

To be successful in this position you need to have:

• Customer focus and a passion for the analysis of data to establish actionable insights.
• The ability to facilitate and define common strategies for Danfoss as well as to ensure that analytics and associated insights are accessible and utilized globally.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to set the direction and promote the significance of data along with the use of analytics to derive insight.
• A good understanding and openness for established and new technologies.
• Focus on delivery, results and implementation of analytic solutions.

Responsibilities and key tasks:

• Establish and lead a virtual, global team of experienced business SME’s and identify high impact areas for analysis based on Customer Loyalty Index insights.
• Investigate analytic solutions, that can increase efficiency and quality for our employees and customers.
• Baseline existing analytic capabilities across Danfoss and reuse best practices incl. identifying and reducing internal complexity where possible.
• Build communities of practice focused on different aspects of analytics to drive new ideas and insights and support the specification of new analytic solutions.
