For our Offshore Project Site Execution department located in Vejle, we are looking for a self-driven Business Administrator. What are my responsibilities? Providing administrative support to Site Technicians and Site Management with regard to e.g. travel requests, travel expenses, ordering work clothes, ordering IT equipment, updating various IT systems, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other personal equipment Supporting back office staff, especially the Resource Coordinators (Team Leads for Site Management and Site Technicians) Responsible for on-boarding process for blue collars What do I need to qualify for this job? · Relevant administrative education · Experience from an administrative function with a high level of coordination and support · Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing · Being a proficient user of MS Office, advantage if you have excellent skills in regard to Excel · Proactive approach to problem solving · Being flexible and open-minded · Enjoying working with various and many different tasks Furthermore, you are persistent and possess good communication skills. You are a team player thriving in an intercultural and hectic project oriented environment, and you have the ability to see the big picture and at the same time go into detail.
