Do you want to plan and implement new applications, processes and more for an international fashion company where we give you the room to grow?
We are looking for a Business Analyst that can transform business requirements into processes and abstractJV_descriptions that our development can build applications from. Furthermore, we want you to be part of the journey where we go from homegrown systems to hybrids between homegrown and best-of-breed.
The team
The team is based at the BESTSELELR headquarters in Brande, and the team is focused on creating an overview of business requirements and then build or buy new applications, implement these and also act as the problem solver for the Logistics department within BESTSELLER.
Your new team will be a mix of experienced on-site developers, analysts and developers from Spain - all working towards the same goals. Still, we are part of BESTSELLER IT, which has close to 300 dedicated IT employees. There 9 team members in your team, and, in general, we are around 18 employees handling IT for the Logistics department based in different locations - from Malaga to Brande.
It is very important for us that we enjoy going to work and have a healthy work-life balance, and you will experience that we have a very open dialogue in our team - and BESTSELLER in general - where you are always free to speak your mind.
All our teams are working in a variant of an Agile setup, depending on the function they perform.
The job
We are looking for a colleague to join our Danish team that is working on our own ERP platform and the new best-of-breed roadmap. We expect that you have a background in logistics and/or IT so that you manage the gap between the two worlds.
The main focus is our project portfolio and backlog where we have a large pool of comprehensive projects that we need to finalise over the coming years.
We expect that you are outgoing and able to stand alone in the business, acting as the expert and link to IT.
We are a global company with logistics operations 28 different places in the world, so you might also get to see a bit of the world in this position.

We expect you to be experienced in transforming logistics and business demands into digital solutions. Whether this knowledge and experience has been obtained through formal education or from work experience is less important.
