Danfoss is looking for a Business Controller/Business Partner to join our Global Service (GS) controlling team. You will be responsible for your own area, within Global Service mainly covering Real Estate, Financial Service and General Administration at the DK sites. You will work closely with GS DK Management Team and the local site managers across DK and act as an advisor and support the involved employees.
To be a success in this new position, you hold a good understanding of the business needs and you can communicate the complexity of raw data and numbers in to a language that is easy to understand. This would be a unique opportunity to define, develop and affect how business controlling and business partnering should be optimized and brought into action.

Background and skills To be considered for this position, you have experience within controlling and stakeholder management, preferably from a manufacturing company or supply company. You hold a BSc/MSc in Finance, Business Administration or similar, preferable you have worked with SAP and you are experienced in Business Intelligence, working with huge number of data.
If you take the challenge you will be responsible for:

• Driving the target and forecasting process
• Increase the knowledge about financials in the organization
• Prepare foundation for making the right decisions/business cases
• Follow up on cost development and CAPEX, on a day-to-day and month-end basis
• Analyzing cost, deviations and make the monthly comments
• Participate in relevant projects.

You have passion for details and the ability to maintain the overview of a complex business at the same time to extract key findings.
