As a global sales driven organisation, Carlsberg Group relentlessly work on improving our digital platforms that support Key Account managers, in delivering value to our customers. To tactically and strategically develop these platforms, we are looking for two talented Business Process Managers to be apart of the Commercial Team to take care of our Trade promotion and Contract platform respectively.  

Bringing Commercial Applications closer to our Customers.

As Business Process Manager for both toles, Trade Promotion as well as Contract platform at Carlsberg, you will join a dynamic and evolving Commercial Tower team in a global role. Both roles will have the responsibility of developing our global commercial applications strategically. You will be responsible for platforms supporting our core KAM processes in all markets.

You should understand the complexity of modern Trade Promotion platforms and you know how to keep “IT” simple. By focusing on industrialisation of the analytical activities that drive the P/L from clever” investments” in promotions, we design optimal digital processes and tools. We do this based on a deep understanding of how these platforms rely on ERP standardisation, consistency and integration.

Your main responsibilities

You will be responsible for the optimisation, standardisation and development of a global portfolio of commercial platforms and with the ambition to leverage own products from our own Digital Development teams and new global SaaS solutions. Other responsibilities include:

• Translate business strategies and leverage understanding of industry trends to contribute to building specific implementable action plans and functional strategies in the Commercial Tower
• Conceptualises, guide, and build business cases by making appropriate assumptions/ projections in order to generate enterprise-wide buy-in of Digital initiatives
• Exhibit advance understanding of all core business processes across Customer to Cash ans well as direct the development of suitable IT solutions
• Drive and create business process improvement tools and methodologies to establish value-added partnerships with internal customers
• Anticipate potential risk and issues as well as provide meaningful advice and drives the development of IT solutions to meet all our markets digital needs
• Together with Group Procurement, source complex services from appropriate vendors (within the Commercial area) using knowledge of vendor evaluation criteria and techniques in assessing vendors’ capabilities

The Profile

You have the drive and determination to move into the digital era, you are excited by the opportunity to modernise IT with a move towards cloud solutions. Most importantly, you can drive the digital agenda in a global context.    

Both candidates for this position should have 8+ years deep domain experience, preferably working in a consultant role and has global enterprise business development experience.

• Master’s or Bachelor's Degree with a relevant IT background
• Proficiency in English language both verbal and written is required
• Experience of bring forward strategic roadmaps with the ability to understand the big picture and to get into the details when required
• Ability to plan effectively, set priorities and the right deadlines and drive expectations with extended supplier teams.
• Strong experience with TPM/TPO and Contract Management platforms and experience with CRM, Technical Service Management, Commercial Analytics, Product Development and Sales Force Automation
• Ability to listen actively to stakeholders and drive ideas and requirements forward
• Ability to quickly turn ideas into action to deliver success.
