Business Process Specialist – Nacelles Test Assembly process

We are looking for a dedicated Business Process Specialist to join the Systems- and Documentation department. The department is part of Offshore Operations Technology and Standards which is responsible for enabling and supporting production of offshore wind turbine blades and nacelles. 
The Systems - and Documentation department is responsible for defining and enabling the business to use business processes like Engineering Change Management (ECM), Documentation Management Systems (DMS), Materials Management etc. incl. supporting IT systems within offshore operations. 
The department consists of employees specialized within the above-mentioned functions who define the business processes, create user guides, prepare training material, conduct training, offer daily support to key-users and facilitate key-user communities etc. 
The open position as Business Process Specialist is for the nacelles test assembly (TA) process. The TA process ensures product design changes are tested for form, fit and function and manufacturing readiness before implementation.
 

About the role

You will define the nacelles test assembly process with input from key stakeholders. The stakeholders can be both local and global stakeholders, you will have to manage them to the business process. Besides you will maintain and develop the TA system supporting various steps of the TA process. It is important to govern the process  by ensuring transparency and compliance e.g. by establishing and monitoring KPI’s, reviewing data in- and output. 
You will have to ensure applicable procedures and instructions are updated in our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and prepare and conduct training for e.g. test assembly coordinators. 
You will in an ongoing basis update user guides for end users/involved stakeholders and be a support for key users in the TA process and the TA system.
You will facilitate a TA community in collaboration with the global process engineering department and ensure cross-functional alignments and continuous improvement in the test assembly process by e.g. performing improvement workshops, performing value stream analysis, gathering input from stakeholders, overseeing selected test assemblies etc.
You will ensure strong collaboration with the process engineering department that offers daily support on specific cases in the TA process and potentially also support other business process improvement initiatives.
 

About you

• Experience with business process management.
• Business level English (speaking and writing).
• Advanced user of MS Office with strong flair for IT tools and systems in general.
• Outgoing, flexible, self-driven and proactive personality, capable of multitasking, structuring own work assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with people across all organizational levels.
• Having a holistic approach whilst focusing on the details.
• You thrive in a large and dynamic organization with colleagues from all over the world.
• A supportive and service-minded approach to your colleagues and ownership mentality towards Siemens Gamesa.
• Preferably experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
