Do you have solid understanding of cross-cultural communication and of how to drive engaging internal communications? Do you find it a challenge to operate in a global environment and advise leadership teams? Then the position of communications advisor at Danfoss might be just the opportunity you are looking for. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of a broad range of communication, and as a communications specialist, you will work closely together with leaders in executing business projects. You will become part of a team of knowledgeable and dedicated communications advisor colleagues working with teams and communication tasks across all corporate functions at Danfoss. You will be based in Nordborg, Denmark, and you can expect a limited number of travelling days per year. Leadership communication You will report to the Head of Leadership Communication. As a communications advisor, your primary objective will be to support leaders with strategic and tactical communication advice, drive high-quality internal communications, and ensure strong communication processes. Your key tasks will include: •Communication advising •Communication governance, coordination and planning •Production of communication materials Furthermore, based on your professional insight and solid business understanding, you are capable of empowering others, and you link communication and business objectives, thereby supporting Danfoss’ overall strategic objectives. Senior experience and strong communication skills You have a relevant educational background, preferably at Master’s level, and you have strong skills across the many disciplines within professional internal business communication. Most importantly, you are highly passionate about driving strong cross-cultural communication and change communication. You also know how to work with strategic communication challenges, drive line management communication and support leaders in breaking down complex content into engaging, targeted communication. As a person, you are proactive and have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. You have what it takes to act in the role as a trusted advisor, and by being a good listener and asking the right questions, you enable communication solutions and problem solving. Moreover, you work independently, systematically, and are performance-oriented, and at the same time, you are a dedicated team player.
