Better Collective is an international award-winning company developing, marketing and producing outstanding sports betting content for the web. We are looking for a Content Director that can join us at our headquarters in the charming center of Copenhagen and help us deliver world-class content to drive our continuing growth.
 

THE ROLE

As our Content Director your primary task will be to set the content vision for Better Collective, hereunder create the frameworks for our brands and oversee quality content and strategic workflow recommendations. You will enforce a content grading system and follow up with site editors to ensure the vision. Together with your team consisting of our Head of Content Production and the Content Production team counting +25 people, you will be responsible for optimizing and developing our content production through shared learnings. Further, you will be involved in setting the content direction throughout the entire BC Group - including offices in Vienna, Paris, Thessaloniki and Nis - hence you must expect several days of travel per year. 

AS OUR CONTENT DIRECTOR YOU WILL

• Build a content framework to answer user intents

• Have a clear vision for all sorts of content (text, video, infographics etc)

• Analyze big data reports

• Scale all solutions through API / widget solutions (all content should be seen as content bricks, that can be used on any site in any country)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

• Managed content teams at a significant scale

• 5+ years of experience within content directing

• A strong vision for brands and how to create compelling narratives for sites

• A passion and knowledge of user intents

• Experience as managing editor at a media site and/or

• Experience as director of content at a commercial site
