About the position

For our Offshore Platform and Portfolio Management (R&D productivity) organization in Brande we are looking for a talented and highly motivated person to support the Offshore Technology organization with commercial activities.
 

What are my responsibilities?

  • Responsible for OF TE Cost Centre structure maintenance
  • Responsible for Cost Centre, Budgeting, Forecasting, Controlling and monthly reporting
  • Responsible for hourly rate calculation for NPD
  • Ensuring proper headcount maintenance and forecasting
  • Productivity reporting and support to productivity target deployment
  • Consolidating and reporting the KPIs of Offshore Technology
  • Ensuring R&D Productivity processes
  • Instructions maintenance for processes
  • Preparing and presenting management presentations
  • Various ad hoc activities

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You hold either a Master of Finance, Business Sciences or similar
  • You like to work in a team and are prepared to contribute to shared team results
  • You possess good diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • You perform well under pressure in a very dynamic environment
  • You are a skilled user of MS Excel, Access, Power BI plus SAP and can extract and analyse data from various sources and databases
  • You are analytical, flexible and a quick thinker, comfortable working with details, and as a person you are outgoing 
  • You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks, you are a quick learner
  • You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
