Customer Supply Coordinator, Bagsvaerd and Lyngby, Denmark
We are seeking a talented and energetic Customer Supply Coordinator to enter into a newly established position in the Human Health team in Denmark. The ideal candidate has excellent skills and knowledge within Customer Service and Logistics processes with a desire to work with new business areas.
Initially, you will support the establishment of Human Health order-to-payment and fulfilment processes in Denmark. Once established, you will be responsible for executing the supply of product to customers, from order to payment. You will also plan and coordinate the inbound product supply.
You will be working within a cross-functional project team within Novozymes Incubations & Acquisitions area, responsible for supporting new growth platforms for Novozymes. Focus area for this position will be on microbial products for human health applications. We are a dedicated and versatile international team consisting of business developers, scientists, technicians and operations people.
In this position you need to:
- Hold bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with good understanding of logistics, customer service and procurement
- Alternatively, have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, customer service and procurement. Experience in a relevant industry is an advantage
- Be fluent in English. Skills in Danish are an advantage
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to form productive working relationships
