Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Customs Broker Specialist for a 1-year vacancy. The primary areas of work are to make proper import clearance that ensures that Danfoss pays the correct duty of its goods and can receive the goods without delay.

The team of Customs Broker Specialists takes care of all customs clearance from third world countries to all Danfoss' Danish locations. Through proper import clearance, we ensure that all imports run smoothly and that our partners get the best possible service. In addition, the work area will involve other import related tasks.

Background and skills
In this position it is an advantage would be if you have a shipping education or similar within logistic and you must have good English skills. Equally important is your go-do attitude toward executing and learning new things, therefore you need structure and overview when you must comply with the many deadlines.
Key responsibilities for this position:

• Preparation of correct import clearance.
• High level of service and quality in customs clearance.
• Tariffing of Danfoss products.
• DDB (Duty draw back).
• Contact to SKAT.
• Collaboration with goods reception in Denmark.
• Checking of freight bills.
