Making sure the consumer experience is seamless and fluent is a key strategic initiative for BESTSELLER Consumer Experience Team. We work together to serve our consumers better than anyone else, whenever, wherever and however they want. Our aim is to solve problems they experienced, as well as exploring disruptive technologies and setting new benchmarks for fashion retail.

The role
We are looking for a UX Product Growth Manager to deliver performance improvements on some of our existing consumer experience products. Reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Experience, you will play a central role in driving the BESTSELLER brands to adopt those products. Naturally data-driven, you identify high impact opportunities and simple solutions. You act decisively on these insights and collaborate with colleagues in ways that inspire and motivate. Above all, you are in touch with the end user, working constantly to understand their pain-points and exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the development of some of our existing consumer experience products to ensure growth and alignment to business vision and goals
• Define your budget, develop the benefit case and manage allocated capital to execute your roadmap
• Use data to drive development of new features and drive prioritisation
• Manage end-to-end delivery of product iterations, prioritising work to adapt to changing requirements and deliver maximum value
• Understand, develop and bring together existing and new technology to develop your product performance
• Work closely with other functions across BESTSELLER (including Finance, BSE, Legal, Business Development, and IT) and key stakeholders within the BESTSELLER brands
• Engage people with a variety of perspectives around the roadmap for your product; building long-term, collaborative engagement across the business and across different levels of seniority
• Be an integral part of the CX Product Leadership Team and directly challenge and suggest ideas for business growth.

As a result, you will make a difference through consumer experience products to the way BESTSELLER brands engage with consumers.

Skills and experience

• Experience of product/project management to successful completion, resulting in business impact
• Comfortable with data - with an ability to draw actionable insights
• Passionate about consumer innovation with willingness to learn and experiment
• Previous experience in retail, tech, or e-commerce from a large-scale organisation is a plus
• Knowledge/experience of agile methodology
• A strong technical grounding with ability to communicate effectively with development teams
• Proven experience to lead a team, organise and deliver commitments on time and within budget, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken - additional languages are an advantage.
