Secretary for Ports and Offshore Technology department

Responsibilities and challenges

  • Ensure quality of letters, reports, documents, briefing papers, and presentations
  • Ensure the linguistic quality of written material in English
  • Support department management in all aspects of the daily work including scheduling meetings, prepare material, correspondence, minutes, etc.
  • Structure, collect and maintain documents in Sharepoint 2013
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Handle and organize formal legal documents e.g. company registrations and approvals
  • Meet and greet our visitors
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent  written and spoken communication skills in Danish
  • Super user in MS office, especially Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Experience with Sharepoint 2013
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to prioritise
  • Calm under pressure
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
