Are you data savvy and good with numbers and do you have a knack for IT systems? If so, we’d love for you to be our new student worker in our Global Center of Expertise (CoE) Performance, Rewards & Systems.
As our new HR Analyst Student Worker, you will join a team of specialists within the field of Performance, Rewards and Systems. You will be supporting the team with internal HR and external customer request for reports and HR data to support the business 15-20 hours per week. Your touchpoints will expand beyond the CoE team and you will have interactions with other HR colleagues and customers from around the Chr. Hansen businesses. 

 

HR data & reporting responsibilities
The task is to help the team build standard reports to be leveraged broadly in the organization, as well as respond to ad hoc requests. We want you to help us build a strong analytical and reporting support.   
Your primary focus will be to: 

• Respond to ad hoc reports
• Build reporting templates and standards
• Build HR data dashboard
• Support on Corporate Diversity targets for leadership team and annual report

 

Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate will bring good interpersonal skills to the team and a sense of humour. 
In addition, the main qualifications and experiences are: 

• Currently studying (preferably Finance, HR or a related field) 
• Proficient in working with IT systems
• Strong analytical skills – making data tell a story or support a business decision
• Proficient in MS Office package, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Demonstrated sense high quality output and independent working behavior
• Receptiveness to feedback, willingness to learn, and drive for continuous improvement
• Result-oriented with an ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
