Das Büro ist eine 15-minütige Busfahrt vom Zentrum von Aalborg entfernt. Wir haben ein eigenes Küchenteam, sowie ein Fitnessstudio, in dem du trainieren kannst und dabei auch noch Geld verdienst! Wir verkaufen fast alles und als Mitarbeiter bekommst du alle Artikel günstiger. Außerdem gibt es eine Sommerparty, eine Weihnachtsfeier und ein Team, das sich um deine Gesundheit und dein Wohlbefinden kümmert.
Nein, wir machen keine Witze! So cool sind wir.
Im Kundenservice bist du dafür verantwortlich, Kunden bei Fragen und Problemen zu helfen.
Wir haben mehr als 3 Millionen Kunden in 7 Ländern und alle sind für uns gleich wichtig.
Unser Kundenservice ist 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet, deshalb suchen wir eine Person, die flexibel ist und bereit ist zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zu arbeiten.
Du kommunizierst mit den Kunden per Chat und E-Mail und an unserem Abholort (im Büro).
Wir sind ein sehr soziales Team (On- und Off-Work), weshalb wir uns immer gegenseitig helfen, egal was passiert. Einer der Werte von Coolshops ist "go the extra mile", weshalb wir dies auch von unserem neuen Kollegen erwarten.
Voraussetungen:
• Positive Einstellung
• Bereitschaft für Übersetzungen und Marketingaufgaben (Facebook).
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Sprachanforderungen.
• Deutsch: Muttersprache.
• Englisch: lesen, schreiben und sprechen hervorragend.
• Dänisch, Norwegisch oder Niederländisch wäre von Vorteil.
• Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten
• Schnelles Erlernen von neuen Computersoftwares, Vorkenntnisse nicht erforderlich
• Dänische CPR-Nummer (Yellow card)
Erfahrungen im Support oder Kundenservice ist ein Plus, zusammen mit einer coolen Einstellung!
