Danfoss is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Consultant to be part of an exciting journey where the right candidate will be involved in creating the future DAM platform and in strengthening our Digital Customer Experience Program. The program is a corporate function established to deliver a step-change in the digital experience of the Danfoss customers. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can translate the business needs into IT requirements. You will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to convert user stories to detailed specifications, process improvements and valuable workflows. Your knowledge about metadata, taxonomies, life cycle management and asset types, will be key to your success in this position.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have experience from creating and managing digital assets e.g. images, photos, marketing material, and/or technical documentation. You need a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset combined with an uncompromising drive to reach targets and to get things done on time in a busy and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment of business needs in DAM strategy and execution. Your areas of responsibilities will include:
- Executing the implementation of DAM solutions based on CELUM platform and mapping of current DAM processes incl. identifying opportunities for improvement in operations and workflows.
- Interaction with system architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented as well as assisting in testing the system incl. creating solution documentation and training material.
- Facilitating the creation of user stories to analyze, identify and prioritize requirements.
- Supporting on-going development, improvements and future DAM related projects by describing business requirements for IT development purposes.
- Acting as DAM librarian by developing best practices for the creation and management of metadata.
- Overseeing digital assets to ensure that they are properly and securely managed.
- Educating and facilitating proper usage of DAM solution across all business entities, functions and regions.
