Do you have the skills in driving the innovative adjacent Digital agenda?  Are you ready for new challenges as our new Digital Innovation & Partnership Manager?

 If so, you have the opportunity to join FLSmidth’s fast growing Digitalization department. You will be responsible to develop and manage Digital partnerships as well as drive the innovative adjacent Digital agenda. Partnerships remains imperative for Digital success and to continuously evaluate, engage, develop these cooperation’s cross the globe and value chain, internally and externally will be a key responsibility.

 

Detailed Description

Adjacent and new business opportunities to be identified develop and managed, both internally and externally. You will ensure continued and increased entrepreneurship within FLSmidth as well as engage with external entrepreneur communities (startups, hackathons, etc.). You will Increase cooperation with Academia related to relevant technologies such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Sensor technologies, etc.

 Several new Business opportunities are arising with the emergence of new Digital technologies and it is your responsibility to have not only a thorough understanding of the technologies but equally important the impact it will have on our industries. You should continuously evaluate new technologies, companies, solutions and besides prioritize and assess business impact, make recommendation internally what actions to take (M&A, Organic growth or partnerships are the alternatives)

 

Job Requirements

Experience Digital Innovation & Partnership Manager with solid business understanding

 In order for you to be successful in this role, you will need minimum 5 Years of Driving Innovation projects. Coupled with experience in setting up and driving partnership programs and working with Academia or Start up communities.

It is crucial that you have International Project Management experience.

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, statistics, information science or similar required. Master’s degree desired.
