Then you might be our new E-commerce Product Coordinator. We are looking for a driven and proactive addition to our team, who is passionate about managing and optimising the e-commerce operations for JACK & JONES, SELECTED and PRODUKT.
The team
You will join an ambitious team, consisting of a range of competencies, including Product Coordinators, Content Coordinators, and Graphic Designers among others. We are responsible for the daily operation of our online shop, and as Product Coordinators we specifically focus on getting our products live. We are all committed to becoming the leading fashion online shop in the world, and to that end we are constantly on the lookout for smarter, faster and better solutions. To us, collaboration is key, and while we each have our own responsibilities and tasks, we never shy away from asking each other for help.
The role
As E-commerce Product Coordinator for JACK & JONES, SELECTED and PRODUCT, you are responsible for the coordination of products on our online shop. This includes collecting information and material from copywriters, photographers etc., quality control, and finally, publishing it to our online shop. Moreover, you will be involved in a range of projects, focused on optimising data, tools and processes, and consequently, you will have a key say in terms of shaping the future of e-commerce in JACK & JONES, SELECTED and PRODUCT.
Your primary tasks include:
- Day-to-day publication of products to our online shop
- Coordination with the tech team, copywriters, buying department, photo team, marketing etc.
- Continuous process optimisation and execution
- Implementation of flows, tools, systems etc.
- Follow-up and reporting on KPIs
- Strategic roadmap for our product flow to ensure that we meet the overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience from a similar position within the fashion industry, as a coordinator, project manager or the like
- Solid understanding of systems and processes, including experience with PIM systems
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.

This role calls for someone with a strategic mind-set, who likes a mix of hands-on work and ongoing process optimisation and enjoys taking responsibility. Moreover, we are looking for a person that is structured, pays attention to detail and acts quickly. You take pride in delivering high quality work on time, and can juggle several tasks at once. As a person, you are ambitious, proactive, and creative. Your curiosity and eagerness to drive innovation urges you to always seek out new opportunities to develop and improve existing ways of working. You are a self-starter, who willingly takes on new responsibilities and tasks, and always follow through with whatever you embark on. Furthermore, as we work in close collaboration with other departments, it is further key that you are communicative, and can build and maintain relationships at all levels.
