Job ID: 152868 Location: Brande, Denmark Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time, limited to 12 months For our Wind University based at our head office in Brande we are looking for an E-Learning Specialist for our e-learning programs. The department develops, administrates and coordinates various learning programs for employees globally. What are my responsibilities? • Analyzing training needs and competency management within all learning areas, but with main focus on the development and design of e-learnings. • Planning and implementing e-learnings based on business requirements and meeting the requirements as regards duration, costs and complexity. • Interacting with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in regard to the planning and scoping of e-learning requirements. • Designing of storyboards and e-learning materials. • Developing and evaluating e-learning modules. • Managing improvement projects related to the Learning Management System. • Organizing and participating in a wind power-wide e-learning community. • Collaborating with and participating in various sharing communities on e-learning best practice within Siemens What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a background in adult education, a Master’s degree in Educational and Competency Management or a similar background combined with relevant professional experience, preferably from an international environment. • You are experienced in computer design and management software as well as education techniques/systems/theories for adults and diverse audiences. You have dual skills in software management and education techniques. • You have strong project management skills, including high team orientation. • You are trained in competency management analyses and have a basic understanding of technical, design and media issues. • You have solid experience with online authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, knowledge of the Learning Management System and extensive knowledge of adult learning theories. • You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and tools, including design documents, scripts/storyboards and needs analyses. • As a person, you are proactive and quality-oriented with an ability to keep a sense of perspective. • You have strong interpersonal and communications skills, including an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but at the same time able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • You possess good IT skills as well as fluency in both spoken and written English.
