For our Technology Systems Department in Service Wind Power we are looking for a talented and experienced Group Lead. The department is responsible for the master data, project portfolio and processes in Service Technology. The Group Lead position will be managing the Master Data Control team. The team is responsible for the master data of the turbines and the systems integration of various IT sources such as SAP and TeamCenter. What are my responsibilities? The role of our new Group Lead is to take ownership of the master data in Technology, covering installed base in SAP, development and deployment of TeamCenter in Service, configuration management of the master data. In the work you will be supported by highly skilled colleagues who will help ensuring a successful implementation new structures and developments. Specifically your tasks will be: Guiding and developing the employees of the group. Ensuring the employees have the right demarcations regarding their role and function and a holistic approach for the master data. Driving strategic developments on master data and systems as well as overall responsible for configuration management. Participate in meetings with internal and external customers and collaborators. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an educational background in engineering or economics with at least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager and preferably backed up by a managerial position. You have knowledge about RDS-PP. You are familiar with handling materials in SAP and TeamCenter. It is of the highest importance that you posses a holistic mindset and that you are able to see the entire value chain in the company and understand the importance of structured master data for a company. As a person you are proactive and action oriented. You are able to multitask and to ensure that chosen solutions are innovative. At the same time you are strong in stakeholder management, very communicative and possess an ability to create beneficial relations. Lastly, you are able to interact with people at all organizational levels. You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
