Welcome to GN Hearing – part of the GN Group
At GN Hearing, we develop intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than you ever thought possible. To engage our customers and streamline our business processes, we have established a global platform for B2B eCommerce.
Our set-up is global, consisting of a central eCommerce platform and 20 international sites that cover GN’s local markets. This is maintained and continuously developed by the eCommerce & Portals team in collaboration with our colleagues in IT.

Immerse yourself in our eCommerce universe
As our eCommerce specialist, you support all processes related to our global eCommerce platform. Specifically, you:
• Handle day-to-day operational activities and market support queries
• Take responsibility for the master data set-up
• Actively communicate with IT regarding issues, changes, etc. to ensure operational stability
• Ensure that all platforms and processes are streamlined and up to date
• Support product launches by preparing and updating data in the platforms
• Participate in the development of the platform and related processes by communicating needs and opportunities to IT, Product Management, Customer Services, Sales, etc.
• Drive user adoption and optimal platform usage by training internal users and customers in how to use the platform

Tech-savvy talent with knowledge of eCommerce
With a good understanding of eCommerce and strong business acumen, you are capable of supporting a wide array of tasks and spotting commercial opportunities. You are able to work independently and hands-on with your own tasks, but you also enjoy working with others, including the team and across the organisation. You are naturally curious, which drives you to communicate with and explore other divisions, even international subsidiaries, to understand their processes and platforms.
Furthermore, you:
• Are business oriented, digitally savvy and enjoy working with data.
• Experience with e-commerce or product management is an advantage.
• Speak fluent English – other languages are a great plus
• Are able to travel globally when necessary (5-15 days annual travel expected) to collaborate with colleagues on implementations, product launches, etc.
