We are looking for an experienced EHS Specialist for our department within Offshore Quality Management and EHS. In order to reduce NC and contribute to the Zero defect program for Siemens Wind Power, we secure the quality and provide EHS input for the offshore platform D4 and G6 with operational support guidance to the business. What are my responsibilities? • Zero Harm / Zero Defect Culture ambassador • Creating synergies between Quality and EHS on methods, procedures and processes within Platform Quality & EHS department • EHS interface to Product Lifecycle Management team and R/D • Evaluate all quality aspects for EHS related risks • Implementation of Siemens Wind Power’s divisional and offshore specific environmental, health and safety processes and standards by encouraging close cooperation and team work at all levels What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have an engineering or technical education combined with experience from a project organization within the wind or construction industry • Furthermore, you have advanced knowledge of HSE legislation e.g. Machinery Directive, European Standards including CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations • You have knowledge about management systems according to ISO 9001/14001/18001 • You have knowledge about quality and EHS investigation techniques • As a person, you are outgoing, decisive, proactive, change oriented and have a result and quality oriented approach to your assignments • You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
