Join Biopharmaceuticals in Novo Nordisk A/S and get a life-changing career. About the department We are looking for a new Financial Business Partner in Biopharmaceuticals Finance. Biopharmaceutical comprises of 2300 employees across 8 business units in Denmark and USA and is responsible for the manufacture of haemophilia and hormone products. You will be part of a dynamic team of 10 ambitious colleagues, focused on driving and improving critical business processes and supporting VP and senior management in the realisation of our business targets. We strive to be the preferred partner in the Biopharmaceutical area, and this is where you will have a key role. The job As business partner and controller you will be involved in a wide range of activities related to finance, performance management and strategy deployment in order to support business decisions. Examples are Balanced Scorecard, budgets, senior management information, business cases & optimisation projects, investment portfolio overview and controlling. You will be responsible for financial management and business performance reporting. You will have an important role in driving and continuously improving finance-related business processes and projects, linking finance with business operations and plans across Biopharmaceuticals. Qualifications You hold a Masters degree in management accounting, business administration or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably from a manufacturing company within the pharmaceutical industry. You have broad understanding of the various financial disciplines and familiarity with SAP is an advantage. Above all, you have a passion for solving financial issues and demonstrate a continuous high level of responsibility regardless of the size and complexity of the task. You have strong analytical and communication skills and thrive on challenging the status quo in order to find new and better solutions. As a person you are ambitious, persistent and proactive and have a high focus on quality and structure.
