Vestas CEO Finance Global Finance Group Financial Planning & Performance SCP Finance & Costing Supply Chain Finance and Costing, a department under Vestas Global Finance, is responsible for ensuring objective and transparent support for decision makers by delivering excellent financial reporting and analysis to relevant stakeholder and senior/executive management for matters impacting the supply chain from development, manufacturing and sales. This includes financial analysis optimizing both the external and internal business model with financial insight. The supply chain holds opportunities for change and optimization required to stay competitive which we need to explore in the whole value chain. This knowledge needs to be presented with tangible impact to both P&L and the balance sheet, guiding stakeholders for both financial and strategic decision making. Responsibilities Drive cross-functional business improvement projects ensuring efficient and accurate reporting that support senior management decision making. Business partnering with relevant stakeholders within supply chain to create and deliver results in cooperation with the business. Participate and run projects within supply chain optimization for relevant financial elements with focus on working capital/inventories, manufacturing optimization, development of financial decision tools and similar. Financial analysis within projects including variance reports, root cause counter measures, opportunity analysis, business cases and compliance. It is essential that you will take the lead in key knowledge/process areas and are able to manage complex initiatives with cross functional engagement and high business impact. Qualifications A relevant Master's degree most likely within Finance or Supply Chain Management Minimum 3-5 years working experience within finance, supply chain, manufacturing or sourcing with a good understanding and use of financial terms and concepts. Strong analytical & communication skills and fluency in English is a requirement Knowledge and hands on experience in manufacturing processes, sourcing & costing Good understanding of value chain and business modelling. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders across multiple departments Competencies The ideal candidate has the following personality: Strong personality and cross functional leadership skills that secure the build-up of commitment and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders in a global environment.
