Become a part of our ERP Implementation team in Kamstrup
We are experiencing rapid growth and are investing massively in development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for wireless reading of consumption meters for electricity, water and heating. To further support our growth, we have decided to implement a new ERP system across our company, functions and locations.

In the newly established position as Finance Business Partner, we are looking for an ambitious person with a high finance acumen to join our new ERP Implementation team. You will join the ERP project in the early discovery and planning phases and have the direct reference to our Group Chief Accountant.

For the right candidate, this position will be the perfect stepping stone into a line management role after the two-year implementation phase – either in Denmark or in one of Kamstrup’s subsidiaries. That’s why – although dedicated full-time to the project team – your direct line of reporting is to Finance. 

Finance Business Partner with expertise in finance processes, reporting and IT
Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap from Finance to IT, and to secure that we harvest all possible benefits the new ERP system offers while minimizing risks.

You can expect to be involved in all the non-technical tasks of an IT implementation within the finance area and we expect you to build an independent and challenging view on: 

• Key financial processes, including Controlling, AR, AP, GL etc. 
• Ensure financial aspects are considered in all ERP implementation tracks
• Finance roles and responsibilities
• Supporting IT tools, BI, Robotics etc. 
• Finance policies and guidance
• Finance master data 

It is embedded in the position that you will be a close sparring partner for the finance leadership in how the future setup and design is going to be. 

Limited travel should be expected in the first year, but after that you must expect around 30-40 travel days per year.

Personality matters
You have a proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual and analytical). Even though you may already have found the right solution you also have the patience, self-perception and facilitation skills required to drive but co-develop the best solutions in a team setup.

The nature of the many different responsibilities in this position requires that you are comfortable with significant interaction across levels, functions and borders and that you have a genuine interest in building relationships with all your stakeholders. Also, it is important that you recognize that high quality standards are required on various project work in order to get the right progression.

Furthermore, it is a requirement that you: 

• Hold a master’s degree in finance, economics or similar and have a strong record of academic achievement 
• Have 5-10 years of experience, preferable from a finance function in a larger company, or relevant experience from working as an IT- or Management consultant
• Experience in market leading ERP-systems 

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
