Job Description

Do you possess technical knowledge, business acumen and strong communication skills to become our new Global Catalogue, eCommerce Project Manager? You will have a great opportunity to join the Danfoss family and work in the Digital Customer Experience team at Danfoss Drives.

As our new Global Catalogue, eCommerce Project Manager your key tasks are:

  • Identify opportunities for increased business volume, operations’ efficiency and adoption of eCommerce solutions
  • Ensure product launch eCommerce strategy
  • Identify opportunities for improved catalogue quality and for increased product store usage as a reliable and trusted sales channel by customers and end users
  • Gather, specify and document requirements, along with appropriate KPIs
  • Liaise with relevant teams to ensure business requirements are addressed by catalogues, processes and tools
  • Conduct gap analysis, suggest improvements for existing systems, journeys and flows
  • Set goals, conduct analytics, generate reports
  • Champion the adoption of new solutions, in conjunction with the local sales companies
  • Support, motivate and educate sales companies globally to leverage all the available Danfoss Drives catalogues, product store functionality and features
  • Provide day-to-day support for catalogue-related issues and errors
  • Optimise processes to ensure that correct data is available, displayed and published in the appropriate formats to authorised users at the correct time
  • Coordinate and cooperate with internal and cross-Danfoss users on all issues related to Danfoss Drives catalogues and product data
  • Train and supervise team resources in the maintenance of catalogue and product data

  • User satisfaction metrics
  • Reach, engagement and adoption metrics
  • Coverage of customer journey transaction touch points



Requirements to educational background and working experience:

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Alternatively, at least 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Business to business (B2B) experience with a focus on sales and marketing
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle including Analysis, Designing, Development, Deployment, Testing and Implementation
  • Deep understanding of catalogue management tools, techniques and processes
  • Deep understanding of master data management tools, techniques and processes
  • Experience with CPQ, Data Loader with ERP backend
  • Experience as Agile SCRUM master in VSTS (strong advantage)
  • Experience with Hybris eCommerce solution
  • Experience with eBusiness and eCommerce solutions in large organization
  • Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP systems
