LEO Pharma is recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing Psoriasis team in Denmark.

Global Marketing Psoriasis Team is located in the company headquarters in Ballerup outside of Copenhagen. The position offers a unique opportunity to work for the world’s leading company in dermatology with a global presence, improving people’s lives with skin diseases around the world.

 

A holistic and global perspective

You report to the VP of the Global Marketing Psoriasis Team in G3M (Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs and Global Pricing / Market Access) and are part of an ambitious and dedicated team that supports and helps drive growth of the company flagship brand Enstilar^®, to the benefit of psoriasis patients. Since three years in the markets around the globe, Enstilar^® is today considered by dermatology KOLs as a gold standard, foundation treatment in topical treatment of plaque psoriasis.

 

Your mission

Building on more than two decades of LEO Pharma expertise and legacy in helping patients treating psoriasis with innovative medications, you are in charge of Enstilar^® global relaunch with updated, highly competitive extended indication label. The Brand Strategic Plan anticipates this relaunch to be the major accelerator of Enstilar^® growth since its launch three years ago. You will build an ambitious, comprehensive and actionable Enstilar^® Relaunch Plan, together with impactful Enstilar^® Relaunch Campaignincluding updated brand positioning and key messaging.

In your role you will closely collaborate with Global Clinical Operations, Pricing & Market Access Team, Global Medical Affairs, Regional Operational Teams (EU, US and Region International) and Affiliates worldwide.

 

 Key elements for success in your role

 Sound marketing interpretation of the new Phase III b clinical data and translation into the commercial claims, resulting in an impactful  Enstilar^® Relaunch Campaign and solid Enstilar^® Relaunch Plan

• Alignment with the Enstilar^® Brand Strategic Plan, Regulatory Strategy and Medical Publication plan in order to maximize coherence of the Enstilar^® relaunch
• Clear guidance on the data promotability by Region in line with the label update
• Delivery of the value/pricing defence strategy, in close collaboration with Pricing and Market Access Team
• Gain full buy-in of the Enstilar^® Relaunch Marketing Campaign and Plan from the Operational Teams in Regions and Affiliates

 As this is a global role some international travelling is to be expected.

 

Qualifications and Experience  

Experienced pharmaceutical marketeer you have a proven record of successful end-to-end launch expertise of medications globally and/or locally, including creation of product branding and building marketing campaigns.

You have a B.Sc., or M.Sc. degree in life science and/or business administration, with an extensive experience in pharmaceutical product marketing management. You have a decent medical, regulatory and access/pricing environment understanding and know your way around in R&D.

Your business acumen allows you to quickly grasp the essence of the market opportunities and identify key customers’ unmet needs.

• You are self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented and you are not afraid to take the reins to make sure the deliverables are fulfilling the unmet needs and are delivered on time.
• You demonstrate a structured approach with the ability to decisively and in a timely manner take corrective action when projects are off track.
• You have ability to focus on a specific problem without losing the “big picture”, until a result has been achieved (or alternative approach identified).
• You are motivated, committed, assertive and perseverant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are a true ‘people person’ and collaborator that drives the achievement of his/her team's objectives through information sharing and proactive team support and collegial sparring.
• You are able to work globally and take into account different cultures and healthcare systems.
• You have excellent cross-cultural communication and clear, convincing presentation skills.
• You master English effortlessly as you work mostly with other English speaking colleagues.
