Description

As a Global Supply Chain and Axapta Specialist, you are part of the Global Supply Planning team and act as a key driver in developing Supply Chain processes related to Planning, Warehouse, Production and Distribution.

You will be responsible for driving Global Supply projects to improve product flow to the sales subsidiaries all over the world. You do this in close collaboration with colleague from the Global Supply team while you also focus on the links to the ERP/Axapta functionality and setup. Here you can expect to have find good collaboration partners from our Enterprise IT teams, who are sitting nearby you. 

You join a team of 8 colleagues and can look forward to work on our high delivery performance towards our customers in the worldwide sales subsidiaries. ¨ 

Because of our well-known LEAN/DBS philosophy with focus on - among other things - low stock and just in time deliveries, you can expect an interesting challenge that puts your ability to work on process improvements by using IT systems.

 

Your responsibility

You can look forward to work on establishing and documenting a development plan for the replenishment flow of products and goods for our 30+ sales affiliates. You do this by building close relations to the production team while understanding and influencing their production planning. It is equally important that you become the expert of how we use Axapta for planning, production, warehouse management and replenishment of goods. This involves you being comfortable about visiting or inviting colleagues for training that you will facilitate. Expect to spend 4-6 weeks travelling per year as you visit some of our biggest sales subsidiaries like Germany, Japan, China, US or France to name a few.

 

Other parts of your responsibilities include:

• Standardise processes across the Supply Chain within Radiometer

• Work closely with production (Denmark, Poland, US, Finland and Switzerland) sites to mentor and understand local processes

• Communication and collaboration with production, distribution and sales subsidiaries

• Daily production support in relation to Axapta within Supply Chain

• Monitor KPIs that measure and track logistics performance

• Participate in continues improvement projects in own working area

Qualifications 

We expect you to have a bachelor’s degree or higher related to Supply Chain or Engineering. This combined with the following increases your chances of success: 

• 5+ years’ of experiences with Axapta related to planning, production and warehouse management

• Experience with developing and documenting processes within Production, Warehouse and distribution

• A good business process understanding for planning and distribution systems

• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies related to Systems and Processes

• You are known as a service minded and outgoing team player

• Able to navigate in a diverse and global environment with many parallel activities

• Finally, we expect you to be fluent in English verbally and in writing
