In Siemens Gamesa we work with the world’s most successful offshore turbine platforms and are extremely proud of contributing with future sustainable energy solutions.
As Head of Product Management you will be part of our Offshore PPM Department where you will lead the DD Platform Team with motivated product managers.
You will partner closely with stakeholders across the entire value chain to create and execute our strategy to grow our platform ensuring continuous improvements and competitiveness.
Together with the DD Platform Head you set the direction, define the strategy and further optimize the deliverables of your team.
  

What are my responsibilities?

• You understand the competitive landscape and will be part of defining the product strategy and roadmap
• You will closely collaborate with many internal stakeholders and our customers.
• You will prioritize projects cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time
• Mentor and help individual team members grow and strengthen the team
• You will implement best practice Product Management processes
• You will promote data driven models and analytical approaches to determine business performance, growth and emerging opportunities

 What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You are a senior leader with experience from a product management role or similar
• You are used to working in a global multi-dynamic matrix-organization with many internal and external stakeholders
• You can quickly establish an overview and decide on next steps
• You take ownership and you have proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing

 In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
