Would you like to ensure first class HR business partnering for our Product and Offerings Development organization inside Business Development (BD)? Do you get energy being around engineers and from the excitement of designing something new? And do you want to work with a wide array of HR tasks in an international setup?

Then join our HR Business Partner team in BD. We are a dedicated team working on various tasks that support our business strategy and defined key projects. You become part of a group of motivated, dedicated and highly skilled colleagues at our headquarters in Bjerringbro and refer to Head of HR Business Partnering in BD, Teija Saari.

What is the job about?

As HR business partner in BD, you drive the organizational development in the Product and Offerings Development organization. You design and develop organizational capabilities to ensure innovation, quality and speed in everything we do. You play a key role in driving the necessary changes to become a solution provider by combining our core products with other components, adding digital capabilities and services to our offerings.

Your work day will be characterized mainly by project management activities, facilitating workshops and sparring with your people leaders. Beside the organizational development and change management activities, you drive the annual HR wheel-activities, handle different HR cases as well implement new HR processes and tools in your area.

“One of the key focus areas is truly to partner with business leaders, managers and employees in order to understand what capabilities are needed, both on the organizational level as well as what competencies and skills are required on individual level to execute the Grundfos strategy”, Teija says.

What do you need to apply?

You hold a master’s degree combined with solid experience as a business-oriented HR Partner, HR Consultant or HR Manager.

You ensure business-oriented partnering through your strong business and HR insight, interpersonal skills and your ability to build trusting relationships. You have strong influencing and coaching skills. You are proactive and able to transform strategy into action. By challenging, advising and collaborating with people leaders, you secure an increased people and organizational performance in the area. You are expert in change management. Prior experience on building innovative & agile organizations is an advantage. Excellent communication skills are important.
