This will enable you to sharpen your understanding of Reward and Performance Management and help Arla build a strong and sustainable platform for growth.

Drive reward development and implementation to support the strategic direction
As HR consultant within Global Rewards you will be co-responsible for designing, developing and executing various customized Global reward and performance solutions. This includes:

- Position evaluations (IPE)

- Bonus programmes

- Salary adjustments

- Benefits

- Performance management

- Training and communication

You will be part of a team with 7 passionate specialists who drive and develop Arla Food’s processes within the Reward, Performance and Mobility area. We are an ambitious team who always want to be the best,  and are known in the industry for delivering high-end Reward, Performance and Mobility solutions and services.

A proactive, ambitious and structured person who can execute.

You hold a master’s degree within a relevant area like Economics, Strategy, Political Science, Human Resources or similar. We see two profiles as the ideal candidate. Either you are newly graduated from university amongst the best graduates, and have strong skills within both numerical and human skills. Alternatively, you are interested in organisation, structures and processes, with experience or another organization for a couple of years and want to further pursue an exciting career within HR. 

As a person, you are not afraid of taking initiatives, when you see a possibility to improve existing processes. You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. You work in a structured way with your stakeholders, but are able to show flexibility when needed, in order to accommodate for critical business needs. You are highly motivated by successful implementation of plans and concepts.

With your flexible and persistent attitude you build lasting relationships with stakeholders by using your strong drive and personal impact. You work independently as well as in a team and can drive and manage your own projects. The job is based at our headquarters in Aarhus.
