Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a HR Coordinator for the MCI Headquarters in Tinglev.

Key responsibilities

Your main working areas as HR Coordinator will include:

Payroll and all tasks related to payroll for our 100+ employees

Coordinating daily activities in administrative support/operational tasks for HR functions and assisting on various ad hoc tasks. 

Supporting and assisting the annual HR projects/cycles such as the yearly C&B process, the yearly PDP and Performance processes, the yearly Employee Engagement Survey.

Driving mandatory e-learning programs completion

 Reporting HR key figures to other departments and provide HR reports

Supporting on recruitment

Keeping the HR IT systems updated with relevant employee information

We are looking for

The ideal candidate has some years of experience in office administration and from a similar position. Alternatively you have gain extensive and sound experience with the described tasks working in a similar role for several years.

You are highly experienced with Excel, and have experience and knowledge in Payroll will be preferred.

You are well versed in the Danish employment law, in particular white collar employees.

This position calls for an independent and responsible person who thrives in a fast paced work environment. You are structured and well organised in your work. You always ensure a high quality of your results with an eye for details.

Corporate language is English, hence excellent English skills, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
