In Power Plant Engineering, we focus on product development as our main activity. We lead early scoping and execution of technology activities. This is done with our deep power system-, control- and SW knowledge, and based on the understanding of the market. In Power Plant Engineering we work with the entire renewable hybrid power plant. Plant Electrical Engineering is a department in Power Plant Engineering and focus mainly on the design of the electrical infrastructure and electrical simulation models.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead in Plant Electrical Engineering, you will report to the Manager of Plant Electrical Engineering within Power Plant Engineering.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Scoping and delegating tasks to reach department and project objectives in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Estimation, planning and execution of tasks in close cooperation with local and remote teams
- Lead the technical part of developing projects in close cooperation with project and line managers
- Ensure performance and quality of grid study's and technical documentation. Work close together with relevant functional leads to insure right scope and quality in deliverables.
- Review and ensure engineering designs together with specialists in the team
- Participate in cross functional teams developing power system related functionality of wind turbines and power plant controllers
- Engineering activities in optimizing the model development and validation processes
Qualifications
Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Power System Engineering
- 4 years of working experience as a Technical Leader
- Experience from other power system/ turbine manufactures or Transmission System Operators (TSO's)
- Knowledge of simulation tools (Matlab / Simulink, PSS/E, DigSilent PowerFactory, PSCAD)
