WorkShop is super happy to announce that we are now looking for Intel Retail Experts (IRE:s) in all the Nordic countries, for our new client Intel. We are looking for highly driven team players with excellent people skills who have technology in the DNA and a great passion for retail. The IRE:s will be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki and will be led by an Operations Manager based in Stockholm.

As an IRE your mission is to train and inspire retail store staff. With solid product knowledge and great enthusiasm you will coach the retail store staff in how to increase sales and make sure they have in-depth knowledge of our client’s products – all this in order to provide an outstanding in-store experience and customer service. You will be responsible for setting store goals and plans as well as executing them accordingly. Another important part of your role is to establish strong relations with store managers, department managers and store staff. As an IRE at WorkShop you will be a part of a team of retail specialists, working to inspire in the Nordics and Benelux.

We are looking for IRE:s that are highly driven by sales goals, are eager to share their tech knowledge and have a passion for great consumer experience. We believe our new IRE:s are people who are considered to be both social geniuses and very tech savvy.

In order to succeed in this position you need to meet the following criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels

• Tech savvy with a passion for innovative and emerging technology

• Self-starter and result driven

• Super service minded

• Flexible and solution-oriented

• Experience from home electronics is preferred

• Two years’ experience from sales (preferably within retail)

• Excellent presentation skills
