Do you have experience with SAP Material Management (SAP MM) and inventory management of technical components? Have you worked with inventory and quality control of spare parts in a GMP environment? Can you establish an effective and agile inventory operation, aligned with key business goals? Then you are the new Inventory Controller we are looking for!

The position is limited to a duration of two years.

About the department
Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (DAPI) Metrology & Maintenance is a part of Diabetes API Business Support and is overall responsible for Metrology, Maintenance and Technical Warehouse in the insulin production at Site Kalundborg. You will be part of a developing department with 24 engaged colleges setting direction and optimising Metrology and Maintenance across an organisation with more than 2000 employees.

The Technical Warehouse purchases, controls and delivers spare parts and components to the entire production. We are looking to strengthen a team, where Operators, Purchasers, SAP technicians and Maintenance Engineers are taking maintenance and spare part management to the next level. Our ambition is to ensure the right spare part with correct documentation and optimal delivery time at the lowest cost for our customers.

The position
You will have a key role in setting up a system, utilising existing SAP MM data to calculate the right inventory levels to meet demand in a cost-effective manner. Identify, map and improve inventory processes. Ensuring registration of requirements to spare parts in SAP MM and cleaning up SAP MM data.

You will handle many different stakeholders to harmonise the process across the organisation. You will collaborate with our internal customers and improve the digitisation of the spare part supply chain introducing different solutions such as bar code scanners, vendor managed inventory and other elements of industry 4.0.

Qualifications
You preferably have an education within logistics, material management at academy profession or bachelor level, furthermore a related field of study e.g. a technical background with deep understanding of SAP MM and knowledge of inventory management is applicable.

You might have experience with spare parts management in a GMP regulated area and are familiar with technical requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. You know about maintenance principles, SAP PM/MM and inventory levelling. You are good at analysing data, using excel and improving inventory processes by implementing robust systems and effective tools.

You are constructive and involving when you collaborate closely with your team and stakeholders to find the best solutions. You have a positive attitude and treat people with respect. You are proficient with speaking and writing in Danish and English.
