About the department Anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply IT in Bagsværd, you will be part of an environment of in-depth knowledge of the processes, data and business drivers. We are 10 experienced employees with a world-class spirit, a change readiness and an open, trust-based and creative working environment with high quality mindset. The job As our MES PAS-X expert you will have a key role in the roll-out of MES on a global basis. Our overall aim is to improve the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally. And you will be a focal point in these transformation activities. Overall, you will become subject matter expert of PAS-X and contribute to optimising Novo Nordisk’s production facilities with usage of IT. More specifically, you will be in close dialogue with our production facilities and build their solutions in PAS-X. To make sure the system is utilised in the best possible way, you will contribute to the elaboration of training material and train colleagues to become super users. Working with us requires some weeks’ travel to our production sites in Brazil, China, USA and France among other places. Qualifications You have good practice within IT & Automation and are used to handling MES projects in a GxP regulated production environment. If you have passed some of your working life in the pharmaceutical industry, it will absolutely give you a head start, although it is not an unshakeable demand. However, you must have accumulated solid knowledge on PAS-X or another comparable MES system. To be a supernova in this job you must be able to identify and collect data, make a structured analysis and develop excellent standardised and integrated IT solutions in PAS-X. You are characterised as a competent, proactive and creative profile, and you use your empathy and excellent general and IT apprehension to change complex technical challenges and demands into workable solutions. Hence, you need good communication skills that enable you to discuss complicated IT matters with non IT colleagues – in written and spoken English.
