Do you want to improve the health and safety for our employees globally?
Join us and become Lead H&S Specialist in QHSE Excellence & Shared Service Centre – Health & Safety (ESSC-HS) where you’ll be responsible for planning and rolling out Health & Safety and safety culture initiatives and developing and implementing core Health & Safety processes through our integrated QHSE Management System. ESSC-HS is the Corporate Health & Safety function of the Group, supporting all business units and corporate levels.
Your key tasks will be to
- plan and roll out relevant Health & Safety improvement initiatives in the Group
- plan and carry out relevant safety culture and safety onboarding initiatives throughout the Group
- develop and implement core Health & Safety processes and document these in our integrated QHSE Management System
- maintain and develop our setup for investigation of serious incidents and carry out relevant training sessions in that relation.
In addition to the tasks listed above, you’re expected to participate in other Health & Safety tasks within ESSC-HS.
Your competences include that you
- have a relevant master’s degree and/or technical background
- have extensive experience with and a passion for Health & Safety and safety culture
- can handle project management of improvement projects and have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
- are analytical and solve problems with a pragmatic approach and understanding for the business needs of our customers
- speak and write English fluently.
Furthermore you thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
