Job Description

Are you interested in providing maintenance engineering, Material and Spare Part expertise and services to the existing Tyra redevelopment project? If yes, then this position at Total Exploration and Production DK (TEPDK) in Esbjerg might be your match! Position is a time limited contract, end date mid 2022 with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities
You will have the responsibility of coordinating the full implementation of Material Management module in the Tyra CMMS. You will review deliverables to ensure that all Maintenance, Spare Part & Integrity data requirements are addressed to meet TRD and Maintenance Work Management Process. Moreover, you will take the lead in coordinating the establishment of spares min/max data and warehousing strategy, including spare preservation, and implementation in the CMMS. Finally, you will be in charge of planning, training and coaching activities related to SAP. 
 
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as: 

• Support for the development of CMMS processes, plans and schedules;
• Ensure project Engineering Class Library aligns with SAP Master Data rules and master data attributes populated fully to SAP requirements;
• Ensure documentation, Material/Spare Part, tags and attributes are delivered in accordance with TRD IM requirements;
• Ensure all the spares are correctly classified and linked to appropriate Bill of Materials (BOM);
• Support the integration of new-tech solutions such as Mobility solutions (tablets) and RFID.
• Issue progress reports and information to the action owners, ensuring that they are fully familiar with both their actions and plans to close out;
• Obtain information to allow updating the performance indicators and visual displays to capture all key activities

As the Maintenance Engineer and part of the Tyra Redevelopment project (TRD), you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in driving for achieving world class maintenance, Material Management, reliability and integrity throughout the life cycle of the new Tyra platforms, in accordance with Company, all legislative requirements and industry best practices. This, with the opportunity to support the Maintenance project manager in the population of the Computer Based Maintenance Management System (SAP-CMMS) and overall the Maintenance & Integrity Lead in delivering team objectives.

Your background

• Engineering degree in Marine, Mechanical or Instrumental specialization is preferable. Process/Chemical Engineering, relevant industry experience or recognized qualifications will be taken in consideration – O&G is preferred, but NOT a prerequisite.
• In-depth experience in managing, utilizing and supporting SAP CMMS
• Solid experience in production, maintenance and commissioning in large scale industries
• Knowledge of production, process and utility systems
• Knowledge of IAP (Integrity Activity Planning) or Asset Reference Planning
• Proficiency in oral and written English
