In the One ERP Project, we are looking for a PMO support for Methodology and Tools. You will be working in our One ERP Methodology team, a part of the Project PMO, which is responsible for helping OneERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes as part of the overall program methodology. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, most working out of Flensburg.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Supporting continuous improvement tasks in terms of Methodology deliverables, tools, templates and procedures.
• Supporting the creation and development of tools for the One ERP team using Excel, PowerBI and Sharepoint
• Follow up on Stage Gate- and Entry Exit Criteria
• Develop, Conduct and compile Program Lessons Learned
• Organize training and info sessions towards the One EPR teams
• Track quality issues and call attention to measures required 

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg with some time spent in Nordborg.

You:
We expect you to have experience in a PMO environment of ERP Implementation Programs. Furthermore, you have experience or knowledge with the following:

• ERP implementation approaches, with a good understanding of the different phases and related activities
• Conducting Training sessions
• PowerBI, Sharepoint, Advanced level of Excel 

On a more personal note, you have great and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders. Furthermore, you are great at analyzing and coordinating. You are capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end and leading by example. You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
