Global Programme Management is part of the Competency Centre in Vestas’ Corporate HR department. Our mission is to develop, implement, deploy and continuously improve our core global HR processes, working closely with our HR Business Partners and our Talent & Development Partners in the regions. Our responsibilities include:

• Drive annual cycle processes projects within HR, incl. continuous improvement of these
• Drive and deploy core global HR Processes globally in the Vestas organisation
• Design processes and concepts together with the HR IT solutions owners

You will be part of a dynamic team, where we are responsible for all global and strategic HR processes - employee engagement, employer branding, induction, learning, people development, performance management, talent management, leadership development, and exit. You will be involved in process development and improvement - and be process driver of one or more HR processes. Your learning curve will be steep, but for the right candidate this is a great development opportunity.

We are located in Aarhus, Denmark but you can expect a lot of global interaction both with the Line of Business, and with our HR Business Partners.

 

Responsibilities

You will be working with some of our key annual cycle processes such as Employee Survey, Continuous Performance & Development (CPD) – and you will be the key driver in the deployment of these areas. In addition, your responsibilities will cover:

• Drive deployment and roll-out of all annual cycle processes, incl. engagement and alignment with internal HR stakeholders
• Follow-up on annual cycle KPIs, identify needed support/trouble shooting in business 
• Deliver both ad hoc and standard reporting of annual cycle processes
• Support improvement and evaluation of annual cycle processes
• Set-up communication plans and create communication materials 
• Participate in and drive ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Experience from working in a large international company, and preferably experience from working in a matrix structure
• Experience with working in SuccessFactor (preferably with the modules: Performance, Objective, Succession & Talent)
• Strong HR toolbox, understanding of HR cycle and processes e.g. as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Highly experienced in both Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong project management skills
• Good English skills, both oral and written, is a must
• BA in Business Administration, HR, Communication - or equivalent education
