Then you might be the Problem Manager Vestas Global IT is looking for. Finance, Global IT, Operations and Support, Operational Coordination Vestas Global IT is responsible for designing, building and maintaining IT solutions and services in Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Global IT has since 2012 been on a transformation journey where parts of both development and operation have been sourced to different suppliers. The Operational Coordination team is a newly established team with the purpose of integrating and coordinating operation between different suppliers and internal Vestas stakeholders. As a Problem Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring IT service availability and quality by identifying permanent solutions to issues and faster resolution time on incidents resulting in less downtime and less disruption to business critical systems. You will drive the development, implementation and continuous optimisation of the problem management process in Vestas and across our suppliers. You will oversee that the process works seamlessly across vendors and persistently pursue the right level of quality in problem handling. You will be central in ensuring thorough Root Cause Analysis on all critical incidents and will make sure that necessary actions are being taken to prevent that incidents reoccur. Responsibilities: Your main tasks and responsibilites will be to: Develop, implement and continuously optimise the problem management process Ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all problem in order to minimize the impact of problem upon service quality and consequently identifies opportunities to improve operation. Managing the lifecycle of all Cross-Provider and major Problems. Prevent Incidents from re-occurring, and minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented. Dispatch problem tickets to the correct Providers for resolution. Chairing the Problem Review Meetings and ensuring the process is consistently administered across Service Providers. Conducts Post Resolution Review of critical problems and together with Service Delivery Manager ensure that follow up actions are carried out. Monitors the implementation of corrective actions on all problems Escalates risks and issues to management and appropriate vendors Act as an escalation point to expedite problem resolution Ensure that needed information about problems and the appropriate workarounds and resolutions are documented and published in Vestas, to reduce the number nd impact of incidents over time Monitor SLA and KPI's Qualifications: You have: Education: Degree in IT and Business or similar education Highly IT literate (IT drivers) Strong understanding of the set of IT Services provided by a Global IT organisation of Vestas size and the IT infrastructure technologies that supports and enables them (specifically Microsoft and SAP-related infrastructure technologies) Experience with problem management, either from working as a Problem Manager or from a similar job Experience with Vendor collaboration, Service Delivery Management, and ITIL Process Management.
