The position
For our headquarter in Odense, Denmark, we are searching for a Process and Release Manager who will be managing and developing processes for the R&D department including the release process for new and modified products in our software and hardware departments. We are searching for a manager with a solid experience in processes. You will be a key player across departments and tasks. With reference to our CTO, you will have a great opportunity to leave your mark on both your tasks and your career.
Professional profile
As Process & Release Manager, your tasks will include:
- Managing the release process for new/modified products (SW & HW)
- Development and implementation of tools and processes for R&D and Tech support
- Implementation of a quality management system in cooperation with the quality department
- Implementation of processes in relation to functional safety
- Teamlead for the R&D services department
The Candidate
Profile/competences:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experiences in an R&D department
- Experienced project manager for SW projects
- Thrives in a dynamic environment with many demands and ambitions
- Good communication skills
