About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated PLM Project Manager to join the Systems- and Documentation department. The department is part of Offshore Operations Technology and Standards which is responsible for enabling and supporting production of offshore wind turbine blades and nacelles.
The Systems - and Documentation department is responsible for defining and enabling the business to use business processes like Engineering Change Management (ECM), Documentation Management Systems (DMS), Materials Management etc. incl. supporting IT systems within offshore operations.
The department consists of employees specialized within the above mentioned functions who define the business processes, create user guides, prepare training material, conduct training, offer daily support to key-users and facilitate key-user communities etc.

What are my responsibilities?

• Project management for internal projects related to optimization of business processes like ECM, DMS, Material Management etc. and the IT systems that support the processes.
• Define project setup and execution accountable to the steering committee.
• Manage customer expectations and translate those into a Company Internal Project Order (CIPO).
• Perform strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ensure alignment of resource allocations with line managers.
• Ensure the affected business processes are mapped effectively to ensure transparent and effective process optimization.
• Establish a strong communication and collaboration between business and IT.
• Alignment of initiatives with other business areas: Technology, Service, Onshore operations etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Ideally you have an academic degree at Master level, e.g. MSc Engineering
• Experience as project manager - preferably for internal business process / IT related projects
• Understanding the fundamental values of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Experience working in a Document Management System (DMS)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system preferably Teamcenter
• Business level English (speaking and writing)
• Advanced user of MS Office with strong flair for IT tools and systems in general
• Outgoing, flexible, self-driven and proactive personality, capable of multitasking, structuring own work assignments and meeting deadlines
• Able to communicate and collaborate with people across all organizational levels
• Having a holistic approach whilst focusing on the details
• You thrive in a large and dynamic organization with colleagues from all over the world
• A supportive and service-minded approach to your colleagues and ownership mentality towards SGRE.
• It is seen as an advantage if you possess knowledge on one or more of the applications used: E.g. Teamcenter, SAP, Tech Pub Studio, Prisma, Trados, Tecnomatix, Microsoft Workspace and Office 365.
