Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC), R&D and Engineering is looking for a Product Testing Engineer in Nordborg. You will be responsible for setup, execution and documentation of tests in specific projects or tasks. Your role also includes development and maintenance of equipment as well as quality systems in accordance with legislative and certification requirements. Working with colleagues across functions and locations (globally) is key in achieving this successfully. As a person, you are self-motivated, proactive, creative, highly organized with strong attention to detail and a good team player who can interact with others across borders and cultures. Essentially, you have a “get it done” attitude.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s in engineering (mechanics) or similar education and an interest/knowledge within refrigeration systems and/or thermodynamics, components and materials, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Min. 5 years of practical mechanics experience
• The ability to continues to improve procedures, test set-ups and execution of tasks
• Flair for technical details
• Experience with root cause problem solving and 8D
• Fluent in written and spoken English
