For our Major Warranty Projects within the Product Integrity Department we are looking for a structured and dedicated Project and Administrative Support. In Major Warranty Projects we execute projects, do project management and minimize risks for Siemens and satisfy our customers. What are my responsibilities? · Reporting to management and internal stakeholders (compile and update) · Workspace administration/update – provide access on request, perform changes on request by PMs, create and manage sites and migration to SharePoint 2013 · Document control, Develop templates, procedures and instructions in close connection with stakeholders · Support warranty projects and internal projects · Ad hoc tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are an experienced IT user with knowledge of/experience within SAP, KRIMA, SharePoint, Document House, Process House, MS Office and Exito · You have knowledge of Project Management · You have a structured, thorough and detail-oriented approach to your tasks - also under time pressure · You are able to successfully prioritize your work and manage many tasks / support many people simultaneously · You are outgoing and have a good sense of humour · You have a trustworthy and confidence inspiring appearance · You work independently and are self-motivating · You thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
