For our Offshore PLM Platform department, we are looking for a Product Management Engineer to join our 6MW team. You will take ownership in introducing new products from the R&D portfolio into the market and company value chain. You will be working with motivated colleagues to deliver results via cross company collaboration. Furthermore you will provide strong product management leadership to the organization. What are my responsibilities? Responsible for analyzing reliability and performance trends and drive improvement initiatives towards successful product introduction Conduct technical and commercial risk management for 6.0-154 of wind turbine fleet Key role in assessing overall impact and prioritizing turbine improvement measures Responsible for monitoring fleet performance and report status based on internal product KPIs and contractual requirements Support scoping and execution of measures to reach target product cost and target product availability Secure progress in new R&D product development projects by providing transparency for escalation and decisions. Facilitate alignment between Product development process and customer contracts What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold as minimum a B.Sc. in Engineering or similar relevant education A minimum of 3 years experience within product development and/or Engineering processes preferably from the Wind turbine business You understand the full product value chain from a technical point of view. Furthermore you have solid product or project management experience As a person you are outgoing, analytical and you have a holistic mindset. You are able to manage multiple projects and you strive through team work – also outside own team You possess excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
