For our Onshore market unit, we are looking for a Planner to join the Project Execution team located in Ikast. In this role, you will support the Onshore Wind Farm projects in the Sales and Execution phase in creating and maintaining a well structured and manageable project plan in Primavera according to company and project specific processes, procedures and guidelines. Throughout the project it will be your responsibility to prepare status reports in close collaboration with the assistant project managers and project team in general – including Sales. It is therefore essential that you understand the entire project lifecycle and are able to apply your analytical skill to highlight potential bottlenecks and how these will affect the project. In this position, you should expect up to 20% of travelling due to team meetings abroad, due to potential site visits etc. You should apply for this position if you have a strong technical interest and if you are looking to develop your career within project management planning in a large international organization. What are my responsibilities? · Develop, setup, and update the project programmes for projects in Execution and Sales including timeline and resources using Primavera P6. · Regular follow up and updates regarding schedules, resources and other relevant activities. · Proactively provide scenario analysis to improve the projects during all phases in regards to cost and time and to highlight potential effects of events. · Support the Project Core team in Claiming and internal and external reporting, partially at the project's location. · Participate in the development of Project Planning and Scheduling tool Primavera P6 to be the foundation for planning the total project life cycle. · Support the Tender and Construction team and the Project core team performing project scheduling. What do I need to qualify for this job? · We imagine that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc.in Engineering, Project Management, Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar. · Ideally you have practical experience in Project Management, Project and/or Production Planning. Experience from the Wind Industry and working in international teams or abroad will be considered an advantage. · You are advanced user of MS Office and in particular Excel. Ideally you have also worked with Primavera P6 and MS Project before. · We expect you to possess strong analytical skills that you are able to apply in a complex business environment and that you are a strong communicator by nature. · As a person you are highly self-motivated, have a strong quality and customer orientation, able to initiate and influence activities while being a dedicated team-player. · Fluent in English – orally as well as in writing.
