For Service Wind Power we are looking for a Manager to lead a team of highly skilled instructors. You will become part of the Training Operation management team in Training Center Brande, where we are responsible for delivering technical and safety trainings to our customers. These are internal colleagues as well as external business and contractual partners. What are my responsibilities? As a manager you will be in charge of managing training related activities. Your job will furthermore entail collaboration with our internal training execution teams and external partners, ensuring that focus always remains on the customers’ needs. Your main responsibility will be the leadership of some 10-15 instructors. More specifically your responsibilities will be to: Implement the training operation team’s strategy, and cooperate globally and cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders Manage and further develop the training instructor team Structure a complex and high paced working day, ensuring that the instructors have the best possible working conditions to deliver high level training Develop and put improved structures and new training classes into practice in order to deliver prompt and professional solutions for our customers Keep overview of training equipment and ensure the optimal usage of it What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a business degree on at least BA-level degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar, and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in management, ideally within service delivery management or supply chain management Experience as a leader, ideally from a similar set-up A proactive approach towards stakeholders and a customer-oriented mindset Excellent change management competences with a track record of proven results A customer oriented mindset, and the ability to identify customer needs before the customers You have a high endurance to a stressful environment and you are self-driven You have a strong can-do attitude and you are dynamic in you working style In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
