For our IT department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for bright and self motivated students primarily to support our Center of Expertise for SAP. In this role you will be part of a team that handles SAP related Incidents & Problem and Change Management processes, perform training of Key Users and is responsible for management reporting as well as the continuous service improvement processes. You will be working with both internal “customers” from the Siemens business as well as colleagues from other areas of IT on a global scale in order to resolve complex interdependent issues. Support in handling incidents - Problems and Change Management tickets and follow up Participate in team meetings Review documentation, process descriptions and instructions to be used in communication, collaboration and/or training Other ad hoc tasks for the team What do I need to qualify for this job? Enrolled as a Bachelor or Masters Student within economics, business improvements, informatics or engineering sciences.
